Get Back on Track Competition Terms and Conditions

To enter the GLOW at Sydney Zoo competition giveaway, participants must sign up to the Western Sydney Parklands enewsletter by Tuesday 4 June 2024 4pm (AEST). By signing up to our newsletter you agree to be added to our Western Sydney Parklands mailing list to be the first to know about upcoming parklands events and updates.

Twenty lucky people will win 1 of 20 family passes to GLOW at Sydney Zoo. A family pass consists of five passes. The passes are for the GLOW festival running until 15 June 2024 and are not redeemable past this date. 

*All winners will be selected at random and must be a resident living in NSW. 

The competition entries will close at 2:00 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 4 June 2024. 

Anyone is eligible to enter, unless you or your immediate family are directors or employees of Western Sydney Parklands (Greater Sydney Parklands) and its contractors and associated companies.

If the competition winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

Winners will be randomly selected and contacted via email by Wednesday 5 June 2024

The competition will commence at 5:00pm (AEST) on Friday 31 June 2024 and close at 4:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 4 June 2024

The promoter is Western Sydney Parklands Trust (the Trust), 6PSQ, Level 1, 12 Darcy Street, Parramatta, NSW.

The Trust reserves the right to disqualify any entrant.

The Trust will contact the winner via the email address provided in the entry form. If the winner does not contact the Trust within 2 days of contact, there will be a redraw.

The following conditions apply:

• Eligible entrants can apply in their own name only.
• Eligible entrants must be an NSW resident only (no permit required).
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• The Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.
• Participants can only enter the competition once.
• The winners will be emailed vouchers to the email address supplied in the competition entry form.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
• All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur when entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
• Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Employees and their immediate families of the Trust and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to follow the instructions provided to redeem their prize. Instructions will be provided via email.
• The prize will be forfeited by the winner in the event that the winner does not redeem the prize within two days. The competition will be redrawn once.
• The Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connected with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Trust will promote the competition through e-newsletters and social media, including Facebook and Instagram. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with either parties.
