Prior to the commencement of any construction within the event site, the event organiser, promoter or hirer is required to fence/barricade the area and display appropriate safety signage to prevent unauthorised entry by members of the public.

All temporary fencing must be supported by a Design Certificate from the fencing supplier.

The Trust reserves the right to request additional engineering assessments from fencing suppliers/installers to determine its safety and integrity.
