Western Sydney Parklands

Bush Tucker Workshop - for a taste of nature

Get a taste of nature with this fascinating bush tucker workshop, including tastings, plus a lesson in native plant propagation.  Find out about the Cumberland Plain species that are native to Western Sydney Parklands from Greening Australia's Aboriginal officer, Aaron Chatfield and the team. Learn how Greening Australia grows native plants from seed and tube stock, and how these plants are helping restore native animal and bird habitats across the Parklands. Workshops include a bush tucker tasting and a plant to take home.
