Sat-Sun and Public Holidays, 8am-5pm: phone 0459 883 834 to talk to one of our rangers.

You can also use these contacts to report damage, dumped rubbish, faulty facilities or lost dogs.

If you require assistance after the park gates close, call our security services provider on 1300 732 874.

For emergency situations, please call 000 (or 112 from a mobile phone).

If you see anti-social behaviour or malicious damage occurring in the Parklands, call the Police Assistance Line on 131 444.

Want to hire a shelter?  Shelters at Lizard Log, and Plough and Harrow are available to hire, fees apply. For more information, see Hire a Venue.

Is it ok to barbecue?  Go to NSW Rural Fire Service to check Total Fire Ban status. Only the Parklands electric barbecues may be used during Total Fire Bans. At other times, gas barbecues may be used at our picnic areas and charcoal barbecues may only be used in the designated areas at Lizard Log .

Accessibility Accessible parking bays and accessible toilets are situated throughout the picnic areas. Most of the picnic shelters offer easy access, with footpaths suitable for wheelchairs or those with restricted mobility at Lizard Log, The Dairy, Plough and Harrow and Bungarribee.
